Description
ABB DSBB175B Anschluss 57310256-ER
The DSBB175B module is a legacy backplane connection board for ABB industrial control systems, functioning as a rack wiring and bus connection interface for the modular controller rack. It provides physical connection channels, signal routing and power distribution for multiple control modules installed in the cabinet.
ABB DSBB175B Anschluss 57310256-ER
It establishes the main bus wiring structure and power supply pathways, connecting the CPU, memory, I/O and other rack modules together for internal data communication and stable power delivery. It features robust terminal and backplane connectors, along with basic noise suppression circuitry to reduce signal interference in industrial environments, ensuring consistent signal transmission and power supply integrity across the rack system. It supports structured wiring layout for simplified maintenance and troubleshooting.
The DSBB175B is built as a rack-mounted backplane board with industrial-grade materials and durable connectors, engineered to endure factory temperature fluctuations, mechanical vibration and long-term continuous operation. Its fixed layout matches the classic ABB controller rack form factor, enabling proper module installation and reliable long-term mechanical and electrical connection.
This backplane connection board forms the fundamental physical framework of legacy ABB automation control racks, widely used in traditional process control, power industry and heavy industrial automation installations. It ensures reliable internal bus connections and power distribution, reduces intermittent connection faults, and supports steady overall operation of older ABB industrial control systems.
